The early auto Reliability Percentrank average for GM's Cadillac division for model year 2000 is .04, the lowest Reliability Percentrank average of any motor vehicle line with more than one model in the current 13-year historical table. The Plymouth line is now defunct. The 13-year average Reliability Percentrank history of the Cadillac line has been one of decline. This history is depicted in the following chart. Each of the three Cadillac models DeVille, Seville, and Catera contributed equally to the record low Reliability Percentrank average for Cadillac; all three had an early Reliability Percentrank of .04. It should be noted that the Reliability Percentranks for model year 2000 are based on one year of data and are consequently more subject to statistical fluctuation.
